Jennifer is passionate about helping people and organizations to thrive, reduce their stress levels, and regain motivation. She believes that the true spark of positive change for organizations and individuals happens with greater self-awareness, identification of unique strengths, and meaningful intentional actions. Jennifer is enthusiastic about sharing the latest positive psychology research with her clients, and is excited about the growing field of mind/body/spirit science.
Jennifer holds an MSc degree in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology (MAPPCP) (University of East London), as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science (University of Western Ontario, Canada) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (Wilfrid Laurier University, Canada). Jennifer was formerly a marketing consultant, a wellness entrepreneur, and a yoga & fitness instructor. Jennifer is a member of the International Coaching Federation and a certified Strengthscope® Practitioner recognised by the British Psychological Society.
